Our Manufacturing AI Agent system uses a layered technical architecture to connect internal communication tools, business databases, enterprise documents, and existing systems such as ERP, WMS, and MES into one unified AI Agent platform.

Employees can ask questions through their daily work interface. The system then understands the user’s intent, routes the request to the right business Agent, calls the right data source or business tool, and returns a clear, accurate, and traceable answer.

The platform is built with FastAPI, LangChain / LangGraph, PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO, and cloud-based LLM APIs. It supports fast deployment in the early stage and can also be extended to local GPU inference in the future for stronger data control and long-term cost optimization.

Unified Access

The system receives employee requests through the company’s internal communication entry point. The Gateway service handles message parsing, identity verification, encryption and decryption, rate limiting, and session management. Employees interact with the Agent just like normal work messages.

Multi-Agent Routing

The system uses an Agent orchestration framework to identify user intent and route each request to the right business Agent (Procurement, Sales, R&D, Support). Each Agent can call tailored business tools to fulfill requests accurately.

Structured business data is stored in PostgreSQL. Redis supports session caching and rate limiting. MinIO stores contracts, drawings, product documents, and technical files, turning scattered data into searchable, reusable knowledge assets.

The system calls real business tools and internal APIs to query ERP, WMS, MES, logistics, PDF documents, contracts, BOM files, and technical drawings. The Agent provides answers based on real company data, not generic model output.

Hybrid LLM Deployment

Supports cloud-based LLM APIs (GLM, MiniMax, DeepSeek, Kimi) for fast launch and reduced initial cost. Extensible to local GPU inference with vLLM or Ollama for stronger data ownership and long-term cost control.

Data Security

Sensitive business data is masked before sending requests to cloud models. Supports HTTPS encryption, AES encrypted storage, RBAC access control, department-level data isolation, operation audit logs, and API rate limiting.
